UK loyalty provider adds new employee rewards
The Logic Group, which manages loyalty programmes and transactions for large and medium sized businesses throughout Europe, has turned its attention inward with the help of Thomsons Online Benefits, offering its employees more rewards for their loyalty.
The Logic Group decided to improve its employee benefit offering as a key feature of its HR strategy, which it calls "Team Logic". The company wanted to give employees better access to information and help, and a better understanding of the benefits available to them, with the ultimate aim of giving them more choice over their employee benefits package.
The Logic Group chose to work with Thomsons Online Benefits to implement a self-service solution called Perquisite, and is now following a phased plan of enhancements.
Online rewards statements The first step was the launch of online reward statements and discounted benefits, including spa breaks, gym memberships, holidays, dental insurance, health assessments, and medical cash plans.
Later in 2006 the company plans to add tax-efficient options such as childcare vouchers and bicycles, with a view to moving toward full flexible benefits in the future.
So far, the improved scheme is proving popular, with over 80% of employees already having logged in to view their reward statement within the first two weeks of the online service's launch.
