UK property market to get cardless loyalty coalition

In the UK, Property Jigsaw Limited (PJL) has entered into an agreement with The Loyalty Concept to use Smart Chip Technologies' smart card-based infrastructure and end-to-end loyalty system to launch a new coalition of loyalty programmes for customers of UK property companies.

The agreement allows PJL loyalty programme members to use their existing credit and debit cards, mobile phones, and gift cards to track, earn and redeem rewards throughout a network of property industry suppliers.

Property reward network Property Jigsaw's vision is to build an accountability and rewards network, and a community of trusted service providers through which customers can select providers, rate their service (for the benefit of fellow members) and earn rewards for their business.

According to Anthony Lawton, managing director for Property Jigsaw, "The Loyalty Concept's experience in the UK, along with the SCTN and Phoenix Technology loyalty platform, makes this an exciting partnership."

Mission PJL's goal is to improve the economic standing of all businesses within its property industry network of suppliers and service providers by creating a community of trusted businesses. This coalition of providers, with their associated loyalty offering, is intended to remove the need for consumers to seek out other property suppliers.

TLC and SCTN worked together to create a loyalty platform that enables and nurtures sophisticated and integrated consumer experiences. According to Scott Peters, CEO for The Loyalty Concept (TLC), "The system drives many traditional costs out of these programmes, and allows us to create unique ROI models.
