Our Women in Loyalty™ series is in its third year and we have featured numerous powerful and influential women in the customer loyalty business throughout this time. How did it take us until year three to interview Paula Thomas? We’re not sure there’s a good explanation other than to say that Paula has been busy building her groundbreaking podcast, Let’s Talk Loyalty, into the top 2.5% of all podcasts worldwide. To date, Paula’s podcast episodes have been downloaded over a quarter of a million times!
Excuses aside, here she is!
Paula is an award-winning podcaster and online TV host with over twenty-five years of blue-chip marketing experience. She created “Let’s Talk Loyalty”, the world’s first podcast dedicated to loyalty marketing professionals, in 2019 and followed by launching her video channel “Loyalty.TV” in 2023. Together, “Let’s Talk Loyalty” and “Loyalty.TV” are now leading media sources in the loyalty marketing industry globally.
Global/Fortune 500 brands who have appeared on these shows include McDonald’s, Microsoft, Ikea, American Airlines, Emirates Airline and Boots (UK) among others, and so far, the show has released over five hundred episodes exploring world class customer loyalty concepts!
Our host for this interview is Charlie Hills, one of the founders of Mando-Connect, a digital and loyalty agency based in the UK and was recently appointed as Strategy Officer. Charlie has hosted several episodes of Women in Loyalty™ and her extensive experience in the global world of customer loyalty enables her to stimulate a great conversation.
Women in Loyalty™ was created to celebrate female executives in the Customer Loyalty industry. Each of these conversations highlights unique perspectives on loyalty marketing from our guests as they share how loyalty has evolved and where the greatest opportunities lie ahead.
But more than industry talk, we want to get to the substance of these notable people. What type of journey has our guest navigated? How did they get their start, and where have they found their greatest sources of encouragement? Who were the strongest influencers in their lives and what pivotal career moments made the biggest differences along their way?
Think of Women in Loyalty™ as an opportunity to have some one-on-one time with the people you’ve most admired or wanted to meet. This is your chance to absorb powerful insights and experience some virtual mentorship. It is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.
