The Wise Marketer continues its Women in Loyalty™ series in 2024, with an entertaining interview of Rachel Bicking, EVP Innovation with Kobie Marketing. Rachel brings a wealth of experience to Kobie Marketing, incubating new products and services by harnessing data-driven strategies to drive customer behaviors. We met Rachel a few years ago and noticed immediately that her grasp of the value of customer data and thoughtful approaches to applying technology to leverage that data for the advancement of customer loyalty was unprecedented.

Rachel is bright and varied in her interests. After graduating from Harvard with a BS in Psychology, her career has spanned multiple Solutions Architecture and Customer Intelligence/Insights roles within the loyalty industry. She also admits being a devoted “sneakerhead” and you’ll just have to listen to the interview to hear about her collection.

Women in Loyalty™ was created to celebrate female executives in the Customer Loyalty industry. Each of these conversations highlights unique perspectives on loyalty marketing from our guests as they share how loyalty has evolved and where the greatest opportunities lie ahead. But more than industry talk, we want to get to the substance of these notable people. What type of journey has our guest navigated? How did they get their start, and where have they found their greatest sources of encouragement? Who were the strongest influencers in their lives and what pivotal career moments made the biggest differences along their way?

We are so pleased to kickoff this year’s episodes with Rachel, and the interview is enhanced by our host Laura Miller, who leads Kobie's human-centric business initiatives and spearheads the expansion of its strategic solutions as SVP of Strategic Services. Laura’s facilitation is on point, and you’ll get to know her even better as we turn the tables and allow Rachel to interview Laura in our next episode.

Think of Women in Loyalty™ as an opportunity to have some one-on-one time with the people you’ve most admired or wanted to meet. This is your chance to absorb powerful insights and experience some virtual mentorship. It is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.
