Catherine Laporte is a marketing and e-commerce expert who is known for her leadership, creativity, and business acumen. She joined Lowe’s Canada in 2018 as Divisional Vice-President, E-Commerce. Promoted Vice-President, Marketing in November 2019, she is responsible for promoting and raising awareness about the Lowe’s, RONA and Reno-Depot banners on both the digital and traditional marketing scenes. Catherine first made her mark at the ALDO Group where she was responsible for launching the Little Burgundy and Locale brands and was involved in developing the Call It Spring brand in North America and internationally. Before joining Lowe’s Canada, she was Vice-President, Marketing & E-Commerce at DAVIDsTEA. While doing so, she transformed the customer experience by redesigning the website and loyalty program. Catherine is a graduate of the John Molson School of Business and is actively involved in the Montreal community as a board member of the Fondation les Petits Trésors.

Trinh Tham is the Chief Marketing Officer for Harry Rosen, Canada’s most iconic luxury menswear retailer, where she oversees marketing and e-Commerce for a portfolio of banners including Harry Rosen, Ermenegildo Zegna and The Outlet by Harry Rosen. She is responsible for reinventing how Harry Rosen connects with clients and drives business growth through its brand strategies, integrated marketing, product marketing, insights & analytics, loyalty program, digital innovation, PR, store marketing and e-Commerce experience. Prior to joining Harry Rosen, she held various roles at Sobeys Inc. As VP Integrated Marketing at Tim Hortons, she led the brand through Canada 150 and numerous product innovations including the latte category. As Head of Marketing for Entertainment Brands at Bell Media, she launched CraveTV, digital products and popular TV series and sporting events. She served in senior marketing and merchandising roles at Loblaw Companies.

Carolyn Hynds is the Vice President of Loyalty, CRM & Analytics at Rexall, a wholly owned subsidiary of McKesson Corporation. She leads the team that created Be Well, an innovative loyalty program that unifies health and wellness. Her passion for data driven marketing fostered a career focused on using customer insights to drive business decisions. First, with market research firm NPD Group, and later, managing two of the largest loyalty programs in Canada at Shoppers Drug Mart and Canadian Tire. Carolyn takes pride in her ability to develop talent and build high performing teams which has been critical to her success leading large transformational innovation projects.
