Interview with Simon Nicoll, Chief Growth Officer, CORA Loyalty Portfolio
We reported in last week’s Newsletter that CORA Group (“CORA”), an operating portfolio of Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., announced the acquisition of Kognitiv’s Enterprise Loyalty Platform (ELP).
The press release shares “This acquisition elevates CORA’s loyalty solutions to a leadership position within the loyalty technology industry, expanding its portfolio to include enterprise loyalty program management solutions on a global scale.”
The newly acquired entity will operate as “Carlson Marketing Solutions,” reviving its original brand identity from its founding in 1938 until it was acquired by AIMIA, Inc. and then subsequently by Kognitiv.
It’s not often that we have the opportunity to interview an executive in the midst of a transaction like this, but our good fortune was to talk with Simon Nicoll, Chief Growth Officer, CORA Loyalty Portfolio. In this brief interview, Simon covers these key points:
- An overview of Jonas Software, Constellation, and other loyalty acquisitions including RewardOps and Vanson Tech.
- The revival of the Carlson Marketing brand.
- The value this unique group brings to the customer loyalty marketplace and the 50 million+ loyalty program members it serves today.
- What can we expect next from Cora Group?
