Pointspay and Air France KLM Group launch Flying Blue+
Pointspay, a leading global loyalty marketing and payment platform, announced a 5-year strategic partnership with Flying Blue, the loyalty program of the Air France KLM Group. The new platform, called Flying Blue+, will initially be launched in France and the Netherlands, allowing members to earn and spend Flying Blue Miles when shopping online simply by selecting Flying Blue+ as the payment option at checkout in the merchant’s own online storefront. Members will also be given the option of paying with a combination of miles and card payment using Pointspay’s patented points-plus-cash slider. You can read the full press release here.
Delta has Announced a Revamping of SkyBonus B2B
The existing SkyBonus program from Delta rewards small businesses around the world when their employees fly with the airline. Starting in October, several changes will come into effect. Among the key changes, the new program will change its currency to miles as opposed to points, the program will be limited to companies based in the US and Canada and will no longer apply to basic economy tickets. After customers opt into the new program, existing SkyBonus accounts will carry their Plus or Elite status into the new program, with any accrued SkyBonus points being automatically converted to miles. Shopsy Launches ‘Supercoin’ Rewards Program on its Platform
Shopsy, a hyper-value e-commerce platform from the Flipkart group (India) has launched the ‘Supercoin’ rewards program on its platform. Supercoin was created by Flipkart to provide benefits to customers who shop on their platforms, where users earn 1 Supercoin for every Rs 100 ($1.25) spent. Commenting on the launch of Supercoin on Shopsy, Kapil Thirani, head of Shopsy in a statement said, “At Shopsy, it is our utmost priority to unlock the highest value for our customers, and I am delighted to announce the launch of Supercoin on the Shopsy platform. The rewards program has witnessed tremendous customer engagement across the Flipkart ecosystem.”
Eagle Eye Wins Contract with Morrisons for Loyalty and Promotion Services
Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS technology company, has announced the securing of a five-year contract with Morrisons Supermarket Ltd, one of the largest supermarket chains in the UK, to further develop its loyalty and promotional offering. The announcement comes shortly following news of Untie Nots, the personalised promotions business acquired by Eagle Eye in January 2023, securing a multi-year contract with FairPrice, Singapore's largest retailer. Eagle Eye's AIR platform is set to enhance Morrisons customer loyalty strategy, which allows customers to benefit from exclusive prices and earn points on selected products in store, online and on fuel. The new offer will create more ways of engaging with customers, and help the supermarket scale the number of broadcast and targeted offers available, giving customers more reasons to shop at Morrisons.

Refreshed Program Furthers XWELL’s Transformation to Meet the Needs of Today’s Travelers

Shell Launches New Loyalty Tier for Fuel Rewards Program
Shell has announced the launch of a new loyalty tier for its Fuel Rewards program called Platinum Status. The tier is powered by PDI Technologies and will officially launch on July 17. Platinum Status is the newest and most rewarding tier in the Fuel Rewards program. It offers 10¢/gallon savings on every fill, amazing rewards, and monthly offers. Fuel Rewards savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle, or fraud limits placed by Shell or your financial institution. Fuel Rewards savings must be redeemed in a single transaction.
Del Taco Revamps Rewards Program with Faster Redemption
Del Taco has revamped its Del Yeah! Rewards program. The enhanced program will offer a platform where guests can earn rewards “easier, faster, and in more fun and engaging ways”. Members will be able to level up through four tiers with reduced point thresholds, earn and share vanity badges for completing activities, get rewarded with free items by completing frequency punch cards, and earn bonus points and offers through completing in-app challenges such as viewing short film reels, surveys, or completing polls.

Tesla Supercharges Referral Program with Expanded Rewards
EV giant Tesla has tweaked its referral program, allowing users to make up to 12 referrals per calendar year instead of the previous limit of five referrals. Under the updated program, users can continue referring friends beyond the set limit, but they will no longer receive credits for those additional referrals. Credits earned through the referral program can be used to purchase various Tesla referral awards within the Tesla app. Benefits include supercharging, software upgrades, other Tesla products, and vehicle parts. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash value. Credits carry an expiration period of 12 months unless the user earns additional credits. In such cases, the expiration date of all the credits will be extended by 12 months from the most recent credit grant date.
Saudi Arabia’s HyperPay Acquires Fintech Start-Up Sanad Cash
HyperPay, the largest payment services provider in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, has acquired Saudi fintech start-up Sanad Cash for an undisclosed sum. Riyadh-based HyperPay was launched in 2014. Its offerings include mobile payments, e-commerce solutions and prepaid cards. It currently serves more than 5,000 merchants in seven countries and provides companies, governments, and SMEs with payment technologies. Founded in 2021, Sanad Cash offers a spend management platform for corporates that enables users to streamline and automate their expense management processes. With the acquisition, the paytech firm is aiming to expand its product offerings as it looks to become an “all-in-one” digital platform. Over the coming months, HyperPay will integrate Sanad Cash into its portfolio of solutions and offer it out as a white-label service for other fintech firms.
At Home Launches Buy-Now-Pay-Later, Mobile Payment Options
At Home is now providing buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) financing via the Synchrony Pay Later solution to give customers more flexibility in making purchases. Consumers can apply for a Synchrony Pay Later interest-free loan to make equal payments over three months on one-time purchases between $75 and $400, without impacting their credit score. At Home is offering Synchrony Pay Later in addition to its At Home Insider Perks credit card, which offers six-month special financing on qualifying purchases at the retailer.
