JetBlue launched the new TrueBlue® loyalty program, offering members more value with the introduction of tiles, Perks You Pick™, expanded levels of Mosaic and more ways to earn perks and status. Jayne O’Brien, head of marketing and loyalty, JetBlue, said “The new TrueBlue comes at the perfect time as we prepare not only to become a bigger JetBlue, but a travel partner that brightens all aspects of the journey by offering our customers more choices, perks and ways to earn rewards.”
Veryfi works with PepsiCo to transform documents into structured data using AI
Veryfi, using artificial intelligence (AI) technology to instantly transform documents into structured data, announced that in 2022 and early 2023 the company added to its roster of Fortune 500 CPG companies and agencies for loyalty marketing programs. For example, the company’s technology is currently in use by multiple regional loyalty marketing teams at PepsiCo. “PepsiCo is leading the CPG industry with innovations in customer loyalty programs and analytics,” said Edgar Reyes, director, PepsiCo. “With the Veryfi platform and Lens framework, we were able to add user-friendly receipt capture and data extraction to our JOY customer loyalty app, reducing our purchase validation time from 7 to 11 days to a few seconds, while unlocking unprecedented cross-basket customer data,” continued Reyes.
Bond receives investment from Colorado based private equity firm Mountaingate Capital
Bond, a Canadian based customer experience, loyalty, and growth firm, announced a strategic investment in its business from Colorado-based private equity firm, Mountaingate Capital. Terms of the investment were not made public. "Mountaingate is an ideal strategic partner to help Bond drive scale at this important juncture," said Bond CEO Bob Macdonald. "We were purpose-built to create impact at every touchpoint of the customer journey and Mountaingate's alignment with that vision is essential in attaining next-level growth for our clients, our people, and all the communities in which we operate."
