A letter from the Dean of the Loyalty Academy

Change is inevitable.  The pace and direction of change is what challenges most of us.  The Loyalty Marketing industry is not immune from this condition – in fact it is one of the essential marketing disciplines that is experiencing the most profound disruption caused by changes in technology, demographics and customer behaviors.

The 4th Annual Loyalty Academy Conference will dive into the dimensions of change currently altering the loyalty landscape.  As in past years, the conference will attract a global audience of senior level loyalty marketers from the brand, agency and service provider sectors to discuss the changes that really matter going forward. The conference will continue the tradition of hosting a small group (about 125) of professionals who can engage, network and openly discuss the things keeping them up at night. No trade show booths or sales pitches for this event. Just open, honest discussion that will provide insight to help guide the strategies and tactics that matter most to best customers.

Hosted by The Wise Marketer Group, the 2019 conference will feature a select group of loyalty professionals who will outline a topic of significance to the changing landscape we all face.  The audience will in turn help define that topic further, asking questions and adding perspective surrounding what works and why; what could potentially work in the future. Discussions will continue during networking sessions and private conversations among all participants.  If there is only one loyalty conference you attend in 2019, this is the forum you won’t want to miss.

Registration is now open for the conference on the Loyalty Academy website.  Early-bird pricing is in effect until February 15th and, as always, members of the Loyalty Academy and Certified Loyalty Marketing Professionals™ receive substantial discounts towards attendance in-person.  A live stream option of the entire day’s session is available for our global audience who can’t make the trip to sunny Florida for the conference.
